JOB PURPOSE: The Executive Pastor of Creative provides overall leadership, vision, and pastoral oversight for all creative ministries at Victory Church — including Worship, Production, Communications, and Creative (Design, Video, and Photography). This role ensures that every element of Victory’s worship experiences and creative expression reflects the mission, values, and presence of Jesus with excellence, authenticity, and unity. While this position provides broad oversight of the creative departments, the primary focus will be leading the Worship ministry — personally leading worship, recruiting and developing worship leaders and musicians, and pastoring the creative team spiritually and relationally.
TOP ROLES
- Provide leadership and oversight for all Creative Departments: Worship, Production, Communications, and Creative.
- Lead and pastor the Worship Team through discipleship, team development, and leadership training.
- Personally lead worship during weekend services and special events.
- Oversee the vision and culture of Victory’s worship expression, ensuring alignment with the heart and vision of the church.
- Collaborate with the Executive Pastor and Lead Pastor to plan, execute, and evaluate worship experiences.
- Champion a culture of excellence, creativity, and spiritual depth across all creative teams.
JOB PURPOSE: This role is responsible for introducing young people to Christ, disciple them in spiritual growth, and training them to serve Christ with their life. The Youth Pastor is also responsible to assist parents or guardians in raising their youth into mature Christians. This role will ensure the planning and conducting of youth services, activities, events, and trips.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Communications Director oversees what Victory Church communicates and how key moments are experienced. This role is responsible for shaping clear, timely, and effective communication while also coordinating and executing church-wide events that support the mission, vision, and spiritual life of Victory Church. This position is part communications strategist and part events coordinator, ensuring that people are informed, prepared, and engaged—both through messaging and meaningful in-person experiences.
JOB PURPOSE: The Communications Director leads church-wide communication systems and event coordination to ensure clarity, consistency, and excellence. This role manages email, text, website content, print materials, Sunday host moments, and event logistics, working closely with ministry leaders to support weekend services, initiatives, and special events. This role does not own creative production (design, video, social media, branding execution), but instead partners with creative teams to ensure communication and events are aligned, well-organized, and executed with intention.

JOB PURPOSE: The Campus Care Coordinator plays a critical role in stewarding and leading the church’s physical environments with excellence, safety, and intentional care. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations. Including maintenance, repairs, improvements, security, and Sunday service readiness; ensuring that church buildings, grounds, and church-owned housing are consistently clean, functional, and well-maintained.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, the Campus Care Coordinator provides both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, building systems, teams, and vendor partnerships that support ministry effectiveness. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to high standards.
