JOB PURPOSE: The Executive Pastor of Ministries will oversee and align all ministry teams at Victory Church—including Youth, Kids, Groups, and Next Steps. This role will ensure that each ministry is healthy, growing, and working together to accomplish the church’s mission. Acting in many ways as the Campus Pastor at our main location, this leader will provide vision, direction, and care for both staff and congregation. The Executive Pastor of Ministries will also play a significant role in Pastoral Care and Discipleship, helping people move from first-time guests to fully devoted followers of Jesus.
TOP ROLES:
- Develop and coach Serve Team Leaders
- Provide direct leadership, coaching, and accountability for ministry leaders
- Ensure alignment of ministry goals and strategies with the overall vision of the church
- Partner with the Executive Team in strategic planning, ministry alignment, and execution of church-wide initiatives
- Oversee the church-wide discipleship pathway
JOB PURPOSE: The Executive Pastor of Creative provides overall leadership, vision, and pastoral oversight for all creative ministries at Victory Church — including Worship, Production, Communications, and Creative (Design, Video, and Photography). This role ensures that every element of Victory’s worship experiences and creative expression reflects the mission, values, and presence of Jesus with excellence, authenticity, and unity. While this position provides broad oversight of the creative departments, the primary focus will be leading the Worship ministry — personally leading worship, recruiting and developing worship leaders and musicians, and pastoring the creative team spiritually and relationally.
TOP ROLES
- Provide leadership and oversight for all Creative Departments: Worship, Production, Communications, and Creative.
- Lead and pastor the Worship Team through discipleship, team development, and leadership training.
- Personally lead worship during weekend services and special events.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Communications Director oversees what we communicate and why. This role is responsible for shaping the message, voice, and strategy behind every story Victory Church tells — ensuring that all communication reflects our mission, values, and brand with excellence and clarity.
JOB PURPOSE: The Communications Director leads all aspects of communication and storytelling for Victory Church — ensuring that everything we communicate reflects our mission, values, and brand with excellence and clarity. This person oversees strategy, content, and execution across all platforms — digital, print, social, and live experiences — working collaboratively with ministry leaders to tell powerful stories, engage our congregation, and reach our community. They are both a strategic thinker and creative storyteller, with the ability to translate vision into cohesive, compelling communication that connects people to the life and mission of Victory Church.

JOB PURPOSE: The Video Producer tells the story of what God is doing in and through Victory Church through powerful, creative, and high-quality video content. This role is responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos that support Sunday experiences, social media, digital campaigns, and special projects. The ideal candidate is both creative and technical—able to take ideas from concept to completion while maintaining excellence and alignment with Victory’s brand and mission.

- Plan, film, and edit video content for services, social, and campaigns
- Capture and tell stories that reflect Victory’s mission
- Manage all video production equipment, workflows, and archives
- Collaborate with creative, production and ministry teams to produce high-quality media
JOB PURPOSE: The Project Manager leads the creative process at Victory Church, ensuring all communication and visual projects are executed with excellence, clarity, and alignment to Victory’s mission and brand. This role oversees the creative team—including staff, contractors, and volunteers—and collaborates closely with the Communications Director and Video Director to develop cohesive, inspiring, and high-quality content across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who is highly organized, relational, and detail-oriented—able to manage creative processes, oversee multiple projects, and inspire creative excellence in others.
TOP ROLES:
- Oversee all graphic design, photography, and visual brand elements
- Partner with the Communications Director and Video Director to align creative projects with church-wide goals
- Manage communication requests, timelines, and approvals
- Ensure efficient systems, workflows, and project tracking
- Oversee social media content creation and provide creative support for other ministries
JOB PURPOSE: This role is instrumental in shaping the culture and environment of Victory Kids, creating a dynamic and engaging ministry where children experience God in a relevant and relational way. The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, demonstrates strong leadership capacity, and is eager to learn and grow in children’s ministry. Passionate about Jesus, kids, and families, this role embraces creativity, innovation, and bold vision to reach and disciple children and families both within Victory Church and the surrounding community.
