JOB PURPOSE: The Executive Pastor of Creative provides overall leadership, vision, and pastoral oversight for all creative ministries at Victory Church — including Worship, Production, Communications, and Creative (Design, Video, and Photography). This role ensures that every element of Victory’s worship experiences and creative expression reflects the mission, values, and presence of Jesus with excellence, authenticity, and unity. While this position provides broad oversight of the creative departments, the primary focus will be leading the Worship ministry — personally leading worship, recruiting and developing worship leaders and musicians, and pastoring the creative team spiritually and relationally.
TOP ROLES
- Provide leadership and oversight for all Creative Departments: Worship, Production, Communications, and Creative.
- Lead and pastor the Worship Team through discipleship, team development, and leadership training.
- Personally lead worship during weekend services and special events.
- Oversee the vision and culture of Victory’s worship expression, ensuring alignment with the heart and vision of the church.
- Collaborate with the Executive Pastor and Lead Pastor to plan, execute, and evaluate worship experiences.
- Champion a culture of excellence, creativity, and spiritual depth across all creative teams.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Communications Director oversees what we communicate and why. This role is responsible for shaping the message, voice, and strategy behind every story Victory Church tells — ensuring that all communication reflects our mission, values, and brand with excellence and clarity.
JOB PURPOSE: The Communications Director leads all aspects of communication and storytelling for Victory Church — ensuring that everything we communicate reflects our mission, values, and brand with excellence and clarity. This person oversees strategy, content, and execution across all platforms — digital, print, social, and live experiences — working collaboratively with ministry leaders to tell powerful stories, engage our congregation, and reach our community. They are both a strategic thinker and creative storyteller, with the ability to translate vision into cohesive, compelling communication that connects people to the life and mission of Victory Church.

- Lead and develop the Communications Team
- Oversee all church-wide communication, branding, and storytelling
- Manage all email, text, and digital communication campaigns
- Oversee all church social media platforms and digital engagement strategies
- Maintain and manage website content, accuracy, and updates
- Create and implement communication strategies and systems
- Collaborate with ministry leaders and departments — including Kingdom Builders — to ensure alignment and integration across all Victory Church communications
JOB PURPOSE: The Video Producer tells the story of what God is doing in and through Victory Church through powerful, creative, and high-quality video content. This role is responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos that support Sunday experiences, social media, digital campaigns, and special projects. The ideal candidate is both creative and technical—able to take ideas from concept to completion while maintaining excellence and alignment with Victory’s brand and mission.

- Plan, film, and edit video content for services, social, and campaigns
- Capture and tell stories that reflect Victory’s mission
- Manage all video production equipment, workflows, and archives
- Collaborate with creative, production and ministry teams to produce high-quality media
JOB PURPOSE: This role is instrumental in shaping the culture and environment of Victory Kids, creating a dynamic and engaging ministry where children experience God in a relevant and relational way. The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, demonstrates strong leadership capacity, and is eager to learn and grow in children’s ministry. Passionate about Jesus, kids, and families, this role embraces creativity, innovation, and bold vision to reach and disciple children and families both within Victory Church and the surrounding community. Continuously seeking fresh, cutting-edge strategies, this leader will inspire and implement new ways to connect with and impact the next generation.
