JOB PURPOSE: The Executive Director of Operations will work closely with the Operations staff, other departments, and servant leaders to bring leadership and oversight to the following areas: Facilities, HR, Finance, Safety, and Legal/Compliance. This position reports to the Executive Pastor at Victory Church and has all direct reports in the Operations Department. They will advance the gospel by developing teams and leaders that help support our Church structure and organizational systems. This position requires prior experience and is not suited for entry-level candidates.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Operations Coordinator ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the church’s administrative functions by providing direct support to the Executive Director of Operations. This role manages HR processes, oversees IT and office infrastructure, and assists with financial administration tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, leveraging automation and technology to enhance efficiency. The Operations Coordinator plays a key part in maintaining predictable, consistent, and organized operational processes to support both staff and congregation members.
